Utility Sales Engineer
Our client has an Immediate opening for a professional and motivated technical sales engineer to join our team. This person will have sales and communications responsibility for our assigned lines and for maintaining and developing customers and business within the Florida territory.
The ideal candidate should possess a thorough knowledge of the electrical utility industry and a minimum of 5 Years Electrical Utility Sales, Engineering and/or Field Experience.
Minimal Overnight Travel. Salary, Bonus, Car Allowance, and Excellent Company Benefits provided.
Candidate must be able to solve problems, set priorities and be a motivated self-starter with good public relations and writing skills.

Essential Duties for a Sales Engineer:
Drive Business to Business sales and business development by setting client meetings, warm/cold calling, networking, and more.
Maintain and develop business relationships with industry contacts.
Consistently perform high levels of business development and networking activity.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 5+ year in technical sales, business development, or engineering- preferably working with Utility Companies.
Process oriented, sales mindset, networking, organizational skills, and numbers driven.
BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
Excellent technical training, speaking and writing skills.
Motivation to work in a metrics and numbers-based organization with unlimited earning potential based directly on work ethic and level of sales production
Strong negotiation skills
Experience with CRM & MS Office
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary + Uncapped commission based on territory and overall company performance.
