Job description: An an Estimator you will be joining to support the development of accurate and competitive estimates that not only secure the work but are also profitable. Work with Estimators, Senior Estimators, and Chief Estimator with quantity takeoffs, subcontractor follow up, and estimate preparation. Work with clients, subcontractors, and industry professionals to start building professional relationships to assist with Business Development.

Prepare construction budget according to plans, specifications and blueprints
Obtain bids and pricing from vendors and subcontractors
Resolve cost discrepancies
Attend bid meetings and owner meetings
Interface with Project Managers, executives, architects, engineers and other stakeholders
Survey potential sites for suitability and cost

Opportunity to lead the Estimating Department|High Salary and Fantastic Benefits
Minimum 4+ years of experience as an Estimator in the construction industry
Proficient with both hard bid and conceptual estimating
Design/Build experience
Well versed in Procore, Bluebeam and other estimating softwares
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to lead a team with little to no supervision
