Razorfish is seeking a Design Lead for one of our largest CPG accounts. You would be working alongside talented lead art director, designers, social team, and account managers. Your day-to-day will move quickly encompassing a range of work-from social strategy and execution of quarterly content across Instagram and Facebook. It’s an exciting opportunity to learn and work on various types of deliverables.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Designing and leading design for 360 marketing campaigns
· Concept and plan content shoots and quarterly calendars
· Ensure quality meets standards and prepare deliverables for handoff
· Working on social for content and strategy
· Collaborating with strategists, copywriters, project managers, and designers to translate ideas into compelling designs
Qualifications
Must haves:
· 3-5+ years of design experience with a focus on social media
· Proficient in Illustrator and Photoshop
· Experience presenting work effectively to internal teams
· Project samples that demonstrate strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
· Ability and willingness to push design boundaries
· Proven experience leading campaign concepting for social for content and strategy
